Jacob is our restaurant manager and the one who welcomes the new guests to the house and ensures that they get the best service and experience.
In addition to his role as restaurant manager, Jacob is incredibly fond of tartare & red wine and has tested countless places across the country. In addition, he likes to travel and be active.
He can often be found in the gym, preferably first thing in the evening.

Michael is our head chef and ensures that our IT chefs use the right ingredients and come up with new flavors in the app.
In addition to the role of IT head chef, Michael has a great interest in cooking, he is actually a bit of an eagle in a kitchen and loves to geek out and experiment with exciting dishes. He is also happy to travel and to places with an exciting food culture.
He can often be found in the gym, preferably early in the morning, where there is peace and quiet.
