In addition to his role as restaurant manager, Jacob is incredibly fond of tartare & red wine and has tested countless places across the country. In addition, he likes to travel and be active.
He can often be found in the gym, preferably first thing in the evening.
Jacob himself has worked in both a kitchen and been a servant on the Jutland heath.
In addition to the role of IT head chef, Michael has a great interest in cooking, he is actually a bit of an eagle in a kitchen and loves to geek out and experiment with exciting dishes. He is also happy to travel and to places with an exciting food culture.
He can often be found in the gym, preferably early in the morning, where there is peace and quiet.
Michael himself has had a restaurant in the capital region.
Cecilie, our restaurant veteran with 16 years of experience, is like a master chef in the industry. Her journey has been a taste of business openings, operations and closures, giving her a deep insight into all aspects of the industry. Her true passion is to optimize earnings and raise service standards.
Cecilie also works actively to strengthen small businesses in the industry and is known as a true pioneer and source of inspiration.
